Dear colleagues,

The brachycephalic issue is gaining momentum! Vets are taking the lead in many countries. At the meeting of the Union of European Veterinary Practitioners in Brussels ealier this month, Monique Megens presented the expert recommendations and showed off the now famous T-shirts and masks. Also in Brussels, signing of the student scholarship agreement and an official pledge to FECAVA's ongoing commitment to antibiotic resistance.
Other news that might be of interest: the Travel scholarship now open for applications, publication of VetFutures Europe, the Blue Dog app and a new European specialist college. And to find out more about FECAVA's new president, read this month's Vets in Europe!
You can also scroll to our book review section or to the selection of open access CPD papers.
Finally, all feedback is welcome: let us know what you think in our survey!

with kind regards on behalf of the FECAVA team,
