Dear Colleague,

Another new FECAVA fact sheet has been published on vector-borne diseases. This time on Leishmaniosis, a disease formerly only seen in the Mediterranean area but which is increasingly seen in other parts of Europe.

Also, a quick run-down of the recent Council meeting in Cyprus as well as our usual selection of free webinars and open access papers as well as our monthly book review.

Enjoy!

Dear Colleague,

We're proud to announce two new FECAVA fact sheets on vector-borne diseases: one on angiostrongylosis (aka French heartworm or canine lungworm disease) and one on subcutaneous dirofilariosis. Both can be downloaded from the FECAVA website. While you're there, do check out our practice posters on hygiene and responsible antibiotic use or the infographic, based on FECAVA's healthy breeding position paper.
And don't forget to check out our selection of free webinars and open access papers as well as our monthly book review.

And don't forget to check out our selection of free webinars and open access papers as well as our monthly book review.

Dear Colleague,

With only a few days to go before the EuroCongress in Tallinn, we're already announcing a few highlights, like the winners of the Didier Carlotti Award, the Travel Scholarship and - for the first time this year - the Student Travel Scholarship.
Also some news about other topics close to FECAVA's heart: healthy breeding, antimicrobial resistance and illegal dog trade.
Finally don't forget to check out our selection of free webinars and open access papers as well as our monthly book review. Enjoy - and hope to see you in Tallinn!
